With a pin point on classic folk rock songwriting, Uh Oh and the Oh Well’s gives off the feel of putting on a vinyl record, popping on headphones, and kicking back on the couch with no one around. Their self titled LP is full of gems like “Late or never”. Riddled with folk rock guitars and indie rock vigor, this one gets spaced out which is part of the norm for these guys. There is a psychedelia to the songs. “Brain Dead” is another that gets you there vocally chiefly. “Where’s The Door” is portrayed as the bands single and its easy to see why. There is a radio folk feel to it with crowd vocal parts and production that feels just right. make way for Uh Oh and the Oh Well’s.
