I set out to write a summer-style dub techno track, but the result turned out to be neither summery nor dub techno.

I asked my wife what she thought, and she said it made her picture a little spider crawling along a web.
For me, the track evokes the old PC games that used to come in CD compilations.
I thought it would be cool to create a pixel animation of a spider crawling on a web—and I might even do that as a promo, if I have the time.

However, while I was looking for a summery photo for another single (Summer Vibes, which is coming out a week earlier), I stumbled upon a cute stereoscopic photo of a spider and decided that using a stereo image for the cover would be quite original.

In case you don’t know how to view them: the top two are for parallel viewing—hold them close to your eyes and look through them into the distance; the bottom ones are for cross-eyed viewing—hold them further away, place a finger in the middle, and slowly move it toward your nose.
Fun fact: a suitable photo for the Summer Vibes single cover actually turned up in that same folder.
